Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Dear Valued Customer,
All items coming back must be unused & in sellable condition unless otherwise specified earlier to the Returns Department. All returns require paperwork with product.
Ship your return to the address below, ATTN RETURNS. Write above RMA# on a copy of the INVOICE or PACKING SLIP with instructions on handling the return for exchange or refund. For exchanges, provide specific item numbers. All price differences will be applied in the manner of the original invoice. Please allow 5 business days to process the return back into our inventory once it arrives & 5-10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returned item/s must be packed in a professional manner with all original & retail packaging, prior authorization RMA instructions and in 30 days of receipt. Boxes for hats and flags cannot be used as shipping boxes but must be placed in a master box as they were shipped to you. Use the original box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box, remove any pre-existing labels or stickers to ship your return. We cannot accept returns of rifles, personalized or specially-sized items, opened videos, DVDs, CDs, books, medals with inserts, custom orders, used or altered merchandise. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all Swords and Sabers and made-to-order Sam Browne belts and straps. Original shipping charges are not refundable nor can they be credited. We provide pre-paid shipping label and/or replacement shipping charges only if shipment was Glendale's error.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS
Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for shortages or damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery. A packing slip listing all merchandise shipped is enclosed with each order. Damaged cartons or bags must be noted as such and held at point of delivery for UPS damage claim inspection.
